Questions the Candidate can/should ask during the interview:
What are some of the more difficult challenges facing someone in this position?
How do you think these could best be handled?
Where could a person go who is successful in this position and within what time frame?
What would be a typical career path?
What significant changes do you foresee in the near future?
How is success measured and determined?

Don’t be shy about your strengths and accomplishments.
Before going into the interview, mentally identify your strengths with an example of each. Get these points across even if you are not asked directly to describe them.

First impressions really do matter.
Establish your confidence with a firm handshake and make eye contact with the interviewer. Assert yourself. Convey your enthusiasm about the job at the end of the interview.

Take notes during the interview.
Write down your questions, take notes on the specifics of the job, get the interviewer’s name or business card.

My resume may not come across as strong as I’d like. Should I embellish?
Be truthful in your resume and answer interview questions honestly. Do make sure that you point out any relevant experience, no matter how trivial you may consider it.
