Why should I use Wellington Executive

Search versus another recruiting firm?

It will be hard for you to find someone more knowledgeable in the food and specialty chemical industry than Scott Wellington. With 16 years of experience doing the job himself, he has called on R&D, Food Scientists, and Purchasing Managers.  He has hired and trained salespeople.   He knows what you are looking for and how to find it for you quickly, whether it be a new job or a new employee. He can “talk the talk” because he has been there, in the trenches, and has certainly “walked the walk”.

How much do you charge to place someone?

The Placement Fee is commonly paid for by the employer. Most of the jobs we work are considered “contingency placements” which means we do not charge anything to start working on your job.  You only pay the fee once there has been a successful placement.  The fee is the percentage of the candidate’s starting base salary and is due on the candidate’s start date.  The fee can vary based on a variety of factors such as the type of job you want to be filled, how many openings you have, and other criteria.  Call us to discuss your needs.  We will come up with a plan that suits your specific needs.”

What is my guarantee the employee I hire from you will work out?

Hiring is a very personal decision made by both the employer and the employee. Most placements work out best when both parties feel it is a “win-win” situation. We feel confident in every placement we make and offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the candidate does not work out for you within the first thirty days of employment. In addition, we will rework the job at no additional cost for the first 90 days of employment.
